Refund & Cancellation Policy
For Guidance Sessions
- Anushthanum offers clarity-based guidance, not guaranteed results.
- Once a session is booked, fees are non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend, you may request rescheduling once with 24 hours notice.
- No refunds are offered for:
- Missed calls
- Last-minute cancellations
- Change of mind
For Healing or Energetic Work
- Energetic work is done only after alignment.
- Once initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For Products (Rudraksha / Crystals / Bracelets / Candles)
- Refund accepted only if product is damaged or incorrect on arrival.
- Proof (photo/video) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- No returns for:
- Wrong choice by customer
- “Energy not matching”
- Used or worn items
Shipping Returns
Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the product sent was incorrect
